After submission of this form, we will reach out with instructions on how to submit these logos. Please have clean, high resolution images ready.
Give us an idea of where you would like each element to appear. Note: The Brutal Game Gear logo will appear on the left chest unless Brutal corporate decides the design forces a relocation.

List any notes not covered in the above fields.
Invoice will come from BBUSA. Sometimes they end up in spam folders so add brutalusa@gmail.com to your contact list.

Instructions:

Please fill out as much information as possible.  The more you tell us, the more accurate we are on the first try at designing your mock ups.

There will be follow up as soon as the form is submitted if we need more information or with instructions on sending images.

Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from design approval and payment of invoice.

When corresponding with us on your order, reply to the follow up email you recieve so that all of the information on the design is contained in single email thread.  This reduces information being spread all over and minimizes mistakes.
